Project Management experience since 1997. Independent since 2004, I am working as Project and Interim Manager as well as Change Agent, particularly in IT and Business Development projects.

Knowledge and experience in definition, preparation, organisation and delivery of multi-national technical projects and teams was accumulated in European research and development as well as in national software implementation projects. Business development projects for German companies abroad (particularly France).
All projects did not only focus on monitoring or consulting but also on promoting project execution by Change Agent activities to follow-up the agreed activities.

Microsoft Office applications including MS Project, Visio, Power-Point, Excel and Word for reporting on management and board level are standard prerequisites used in almost each of my project.

Excellent command of oral and written English was proven in various multinational and multiple projects (i.e. EU IST project in public Sector/CCI, eMarketing / Internet strategy projects in pharma industry, PMO in aviation industry, ...). French also possible as project language.
