> To manage the international superstructure purchases (Tippers, Mixers, Vans, special equipment) for European brands Renault Trucks and Volvo Trucks. Position strongly linked to project management teams and support for trade development.
Achievements:
> Global Suppliers performance management: Achievement according to the KPIs. ( cost, quality, delivery time and service )
> Manager of 2 purchasing assistants.
> Validation of procurement synergies and design to cost at Volvo Group’s level for tippers and mixers Savings: Up to 30% of the total purchasing spend.
> Management of a sourcing program in Eastern Europe: Business case, supplier base and choice validation, negotiation, value analysis, Make or buy, Total cost of ownership and new technology research.
> Setting up of a purchase / marketing approach for business development in the following markets: Europe, Africa, South America and Asia. Cross functional work with subsidiaries, product offers and supply chain definition.
> Sourcing project leader for the ‘Maxity’ vehicle between Nissan and Volvo: Project coordination with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
2002 - 2002Mission:
> Implementation of a new braking systems assembly line in collaboration with the international Engineering and Design department.
Achievements:
> Reception and validation of the assembling process/procedures: technical tests, control / defects analysis, process optimisation, documentation validation.
> Validation of a solution for anti-pollution devices. Coordination of multicultural teams involved in this project ( USA, France, Germany and Japan )
> Assembly line start up in compliance with the project requirements. Planification of the assembly line transfer model to France.
