2007 - 2010Responsibilities:
In this role I manage and give direction to team (3 FTE) and have responsibility for achieving the annual revenue target of the Alerts & Interactive Services department. This includes strategic planning, consulting, negotiating, design, implementation and licensing of solutions as well as project mentorships.
Key achievements:
• Achieved and exceeded the annual revenue targets
• Successfully rolled out SMS/ MMS Alerts and Interactive Services in 20+ countries
• Identified business opportunities and useful innovations and includes in product roadmap e.g. SMS chat proposition
• Coached all team members to improve their key competencies, and worked with them to set up personal development plans
2005 - 2007Responsibilities:
In this role I had responsibility for achieving the €200M annual revenue target of the messaging portfolio. This included revenue, planning and forecasting, as well as defining and implementing the product strategy roadmap and driving communication strategies based on insights to successful increase penetration, usage and loyalty.

• Achieved the Picture Messaging revenue target
• Successfully introduced value added services in line with product life cycle roadmap
• Increased messaging penetration, usage and retention by offering well targeted propositions and campaigns
• Developed new revenue streams through an innovative approach using Picture Messaging in TV shows and Brand campaigns
2002 - 2005Responsibilities:
In this role I drove the development of CRM tools. Developed and implemented Customer Contact Strategies which successful increased up- and cross selling and beat churn targets. As well as optimizing the shop-concept and shop lay out which successfully optimized store traffic flows, sales and customer satisfaction.
Key achievements:
• Successfully implemented the retail store communication strategy
• Developed and launched Customer Dashboard tool which helped the stores to increase sales and decrease churn
• Targeted market research, report development and insight generation.
• Implemented new products in the retail channel and developed reporting framework to measure against targets and objectives
