    IT Support Technician | Customer Service Representative I am a problem solver, creative, flexible and self-motivated individual with strong client focus and be able to gather, assessing and interpret information. I have a background as IT Support Technician, Help Desk, Front End Developer while I currently work as Freelance Translator on behalf of Upwork. I am fascinated about technology, artificial intelligence, programming, foreign languages, traveling and I am inquisitive about anything I can create, improve or maintain... that is software development to hardware faults as well as problem solving in general. I have strong communication skills and logical approach towards a given task. I enjoy to work in team as well as on my own with a common aim to accomplish, besides I have great attention to detail and I own strong analytical and decision-making skills that I acquired through my work experience and thanks to the Information Technology course for which I gained a Diploma (Level 4 of EQF). I am currently seeking Junior / Entry Level job opportunities to apply myself as IT Support Technician, Customer Service Agent, Helpdesk or Junior Web Developer possibly with accomodation provided. I primarily seeking for opportunities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria as well as the Netherlands. My career goal is to work in a position that I would find very exciting, full of challenges and diversified in such a way it would enable me to work in different cities, countries or for multinational companies around the globe with the chance to deal with customers from different cultures and backgrounds, with the chance to upskill myself through hands on approach, on-the-job training and tailor made courses.
