Project Management Office member / Operations Steering Committee preparation and moderation / Responsible for the Operational KPI tracking at Group level (42 Manufacturing sites)
2007 - 2007Analysis of the customer claim management after the merge Gillette - Procter & Gamble in France (1st January 2007)
• Setup of a SAP-module and trainings (internal and 3PL)
• Creation and management of a claim service (2 people)
• Tests for the IT team, collect of a feedback from the other countries and discussions with the program designers (Germany, Slovakia, UK)

2006 - 2006Crown Packaging Slovakia is a Crown Cork & Seal Company.
Mapping of the work flow in the production hall and the movements of the forklift-drivers in the factory and the warehouses.
Submission of a Kanban system to improve the tasks of the drivers.
Communication trough seminars in slovak and english (translation by the shiftleader).
Duration: 4 months in Slovakia.
