• Managing Spanish and French-speaking operations; including BtC and BtB Marketing, Biz Dev and Sales.
• Responsible of the localization of the 3 country versions: positioning the brand, defining the value proposition and driving product adaptations to local needs
• Successfully planned and executed the launch of Experteer.es within a 10-week period
2008 - 2009Responsible for generating, executing and managing investment opportunities in internet and media companies on a start-up stage
• Sourced opportunities, screened over a 100 business plans, performed market analysis and venture assessment
• Structured deal propositions, negotiated complex term sheets with existing shareholders and new co-investors. Concluded two seed investments and a follow-on round
• Managed a portfolio of 5 companies. Hands-on role in investees’ executive committees
2001 - 2006Managed and implemented business solutions on various international projects; mainly in the area of sales force effectiveness, sales force automation and business transformation. Responsibilities included business analysis, requirements gathering, processes definition, technical implementations and multi-country roll-out planning
