Hello,

I am actually working as an Associate Consultant for J&M Management Consulting in Mannheim, Germany.
I work within SCM process orptimisation projects throughout the whole chain of value creation starting with purchasing/procurement until CRM.

Before that, I was working as a Consultant for Alma Consulting Group (Cristal Décisions). My missions consisted in the optimization of my customers expenses throughout different steps which lead to savings and more quality. First of all, I analyse my customers expenses through an Audit, that will help me to see where I need to head my negotiations in order to match with the customer's need and expectations. After that, I negotiate with suppliers in order to sign the best deal for the client. After that, I help my client to implement the targetted solution and do a lot of customer relations.

I graduated from Sup de Co Reims, obtaining a Masters Degree in Management with a specialization in Supply Chain and Purchasing. Before that, I have followed a preparation class for Business Schools in Paris in order to obtain the admission to a french Business School. During my period at Sup de Co Reims, I have followed a wide range of diversified courses to keep a global vision of Management.

I achieved a 9 months training period at Bouygues Construction within the Purchasing unit.

During my studying in Reims, I have taken part in the social life of the school by being the vice-president of the Sports Office in 2007-08 and also by being in charge of the Rugby team. From this experience, I have kept a good sens of organisation, of sponsoring negociations and of managing a team. The annual budget of the Sport Office was about 110 000€.
I am still an active member of the Rugby team.
