Mission on site for Airbus:
Working as consultant for Airbus within A350 XWB Cabin & Cargo development program related to Physical Integration department including design integration activities, stress engineering, gaps & seals management, cabin layout, industrial design and weight management.
Design integration activity aims to support the equipments & modules' integration process into the fuselage:
- Crossfunctional activities dedicated to critical activities such as Interface management, Digital mock up troubles, Change request implementation.
- Support the development of the Cabin modules through their different level of maturity until the delivery to the manufacturing
- Ensure the link between design engineering team and Manufacturing engineering.
Cabin modules include floor to floor sidewall panels, ceiling, lining, overhead storage compartments, seats, cargo loading and lining, lavatories, galleys and other general equipments.

- Carry out Management Information Systems for Budget monitoring and deliverable management
- Regular reporting, Key performance Indicators dashboard.
- Synchronisation checking for peer-to-peer deliverables within the matrix organization.
- Further support for P&PM with the head of “overall design & integration” engineering department.

Trainee involved in "Citadis" tramway's Quality & Safety Department:
- Wrote incident report synthesizing the reason for tramway’s traction unit fire.
- Improvement of the tramway’s traction unit and fire isolation of traveller’s compartment.
2007 - 20073S PHOTONICS - formerly Alcatel Optronics then Avanex France - is the leading world supplier of laser chips, discrete modules and optical components for telecommunication networks. 3S PHOTONICS designs, develops, manufactures and sells active components powered by optoelectronic chips as well as passive components using Fiber Bragg Gratings.
Inside the production department, I was responsible for calibrating and running robots used on different parts for microchip production.
2006 - 2006I realized the dicing, probe test and welding on submounts for the production line and the development of micro laser chips in respect with the workshop schedule and according to the quality process. Job in clean room workshop.
