The activity of the company is based on providing Internet access and Website hosting across Europe. I am in charge to make the link between the company's subsidiaries across Europe (UK, Spain, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Italy...) and Germany, as well as receiving and checking the availability of orders coming from foreign customers. Improvement of internal processes.

As a 6 months trainee, I was in charge of starting the export department of the company located in Spain. Therefore, I proceeded to the French and Moroccan market studies and established contact with foreign potential plastic pallet customers.

During a 3 months internship, I was in charge of the translation of a part of the company's website from German and English into French, for a Swiss subsidiary.

I was in charge of the Customer database update and potential customers research throughout Internet. I also created a customer satisfaction form and did some Mailing.

I was employed as Assistant in the Administration department: Data entry, order processing, product pricing.
I also assisted the Human Resources department: Wage evolution study of 300 employees.
And I backed up the Accountancy department: Balance sheet, supplier payment.
