Accounting/Finance (France & Swiss): Record, review, Accountant and Auditor relationship, tax return, cash flow management, dashboard, closing, monthly situation.
Personnel (France): salary monthly board, Employment contract establishment, employees transfer from France to Monaco.
Legal for Company: Increase of capital (France & Swiss), transfer of registered address (France, Swiss & Monaco), change of chairman (France, Swiss & Monaco), transfer of shareholders (France, Swiss & Monaco).
Legal for IP: transfer of IP, follow-up to IP (Cyprus).

For an international group, accounting, invoicing, financial control for the Spanish, French, Italian and Swiss subsidiaries.

Finance: reporting, forecast, cash flow.
Accounting: accounting, tax return, invoicing, monthly and annual closing preparation, relationship with Auditors, monthly review of revenue accounting of the 35 franchises.
