Miriam Casal

As a 6 months trainee, I was in charge of building the export department of the company. Therefore I have proceeded to the French and Moroccan market studies and established contact with foreign potential customers to try selling plastic pallets abroad.

During a 3 months internship, I was in charge of the translation of a part of the company's website from German and English into French, for a Swiss subsidiary.

I was in charge of the Customer database update and potential customers research throughout Internet. I also created a customer satisfaction form and did some Mailing.

I was employed as Assistant in the Administration department: Data entry, order processing, product pricing.
I also assisted the Human Resources department: Wage evolution study of 300 employees.
And I backed up the Accountancy department: Balance sheet, supplier payment.
