Coordinate the resources for systems & modules CAD design, prototyping, tests,…, within the project
Elaborate, validate and develop module & systems concepts for customer application (sizing, components specifications & selection, test bench & vehicle validation, etc.)
Support within sales team to reach the lowest costs with the better quality.

Technical discussion to propose the best compromise in term of Cost - Quality- Delay and promote as much as possible Valeo products by influencing specification and customer request.

- Ensure RFQ technical answer for German and UK car makers
- Elaborate, validate and develop module & systems concepts for customer application (thermal sizing, components specifications & selection, test bench & vehicle validation, etc.)
- Key contact at the customer places for any subject related to indirect cooling projects (WCAC, WCDS, HEV,...)
- Project management responsibilities on any advanced development project )Elaborate commercial and technical offers, responsible for timing and deliveries,coordinate the resources for systems & modules CAD design, prototyping, tests,..., within the project)
- Consult and provide technical directions to internal and external engineers on daily basis

--> Co-development projects with the main European OEMs - Daimler, BMW,VW, Ford UK / US
--> RFQ and business awarded for worldwide applications

- Analyze and conduct preliminary studies/reviews of customer RFQs.
- Perform comparative product performance studies, provide proposals of cooling architecture, and generate design of new products and concepts.
- Develop specification for prototypes and vehicles tests, analyze results and provide recommendation to internal and external customers.
- Consult and provide technical directions to internal and external engineers on daily basis.

-Prove feasibility studies of the Ultimate CoolingTM system (use of water cooled components only) with a water cooled gas cooler. Design and optimize the low temperature loop through sizing of the low temperature radiator, water cooled gas cooler, charge air cooler.

-->System concept was validated on vehicle with the help of wind tunnel testing

- Enforcement of Quality-Environment system based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Optimize organization of a nuclear power plant, develop quality-environment manual and generate quality processes

-->End results allowed certification of AIEA (Agence Internationale de l?Energie Atomique)

- Responsible of 1 million Euro of ?green spaces? project; involved in supplier selection, defining requirements for suppliers and managing 10 suppliers.
