Valeo Group is a 55,000 people automotive supplier established in 27 countries.
Report to the Division GM and Branch Financial Controller. Play a key role in the business as part of the Division’s BoD, specifically in charge of accounting, reporting and controlling for the 2 sites and 3 legal entities. Also in charge of credit management and IT department.
• Managing the monthly financial closing of all companies and plants.
• Ensuring transactions are in accordance with IFRS and local GAAPs.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Valeo Group's processes (5 Axes, P&L, working capital, cash-flow) and statutory regulations.
• Analyzing results on a monthly basis and providing profitability analysis to management.
• Presenting monthly results to Branch Directors in Tokyo and yearly result to Group in Paris.
• External or internal auditors’ counterpart.
• Coordination of planning activities including the monthly forecast and annual budgets.
• Performing analysis to support management decisions and business cases.
• Validation of commercial offers, investments, selling and purchase prices.
• Cost control, reviewing and improving expenses and purchase order approval processes.
• Establishing and monitoring internal controls, including LSF (SOX equivalent).
• Cash management, forecast and currency hedging.
• Supervision of Finance/IT team (staff of 10).
